Helene McDowell

Helene McDowell is the President/CEO of Marlee Reese Therapy & Consulting, LLC, a home health contractor specializing in Occupational Therapy, Balance training and Fall prevention. Helene also spent over a decade providing school and home based pediatric treatment services from birth through K12 with specialized training in sensory integration.

In addition to her commitment to rehabilitation services and patient care, Helene serves as a Post-Acute Care Coordinator for a national Medicare utilization management organization. Her work directly impacts seniors transitioning home from skilled nursing facilities reducing acute care readmissions and preventing wasteful Medicare spending for the company's health plan partners.

Helene is a graduate of Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Fl with degrees in Occupational Therapy and Psychology in 1997. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) as well as credentialed as a Certified Case Manager by the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).

Helene's 25 year history of experience providing health based initiatives throughout the entire human lifespan makes her uniquely qualified to fulfill her duties as Board Member of SpeakLife Tribe.
